This is your fast-paced, full-body burn. You’ll sculpt lean muscle while moving at a steady pace to get your heart rate up and your calories burning. Expect nonstop energy, muscle-shaking circuits, and no repeated exercises. Using dumbells, resistance bands, ankle weights, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll engage in high-rep movements designed to tone and define your muscles while boosting muscular endurance.

Strength x Booty Burn

Get ready to fire up your glutes and sculpt your core with intentional movement and real results.
This low-impact, high-intensity class is designed to build lean muscle and true definition — focusing on the areas that matter most: your glutes and abs.

You’ll move through three strength-focused blocks, each featuring two rounds of six targeted exercises using timed intervals: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off.
This format is built to create deep muscle activation, full fatigue, and lasting results.

Expect to move with ankle weights, resistance bands, dumbbells, and weighted beams through slow, controlled, and purposeful exercises.
