The Sweat Room was created with intention, heart, and a deep love for movement and community.
I’ve taken classes all over the world, luxury studios, local gems, trend-driven workouts, and everything in between. I’ve walked into spaces that made me feel confident, welcomed, and energized… and others that felt intimidating, impersonal, or just missed the mark. I noticed what made me come back, what made me sign up for memberships, and what made a studio feel like more than just a workout.
This space was built for the girls, for strength, connection, confidence, and fun. It’s about moving your body in a way that feels empowering, leaving class feeling accomplished, and being part of something you genuinely look forward to. Every detail, from the workouts to the atmosphere, was designed to create an experience, not just a class.
